Bigga Mo Memorial Weekend (BMMW) was born out of love, legacy, and the power of community.

In 2021, we lost our beloved brother, Muqtasid “Bigga Mo” Thompson—a gentle giant, a generous spirit, and a man who made life feel bigger, better, and more meaningful just by being in it. Bigga Mo wasn’t just family to us—he was family to many. A true people’s person, he was known for bringing people together, hosting unforgettable events and concerts at our family bar, Ronnie’s Hi D Way, located on the beautiful Cupid’s Cay, Eleuthera.

What began in 2022 as a small tribute with close friends and family quickly grew into something greater. More people came. More stories were shared. More love poured in. And just like that, Bigga Mo Memorial Weekend became an annual celebration of life, love, and legacy.

Every year, we gather not just to remember Mo, but to live the way he did—with heart, joy, and community at the center.
